Meet the NSCLO Team
Lora Church
(she/her) Executive DirectorLora has been the NSCLO ED since 2022. Her experience in various leadership positions over her 17-year career in the disability support field in British Columbia is helping support the sector through the current Human Rights Remedy shift. With several years of experience with Individualized Funding and Home Share, and a passion for building truly inclusive communities, she hopes to assist NSCLO to be a leader in Nova Scotia’s human rights transformation.
Maddi Mullin
(she/her) Operations CoordinatorMaddi is our Operations Coordinator with NSCLO.
With a background in Addictions & Mental Health, Harm Reduction, and Trauma Informed Care, Maddi is a champion for the dignity of choice. Maddi believes in building collaborative systems that honour each person's unique story, strengths, and autonomy, and is excited to advocate for these intersections in the Community Living Movement.
Lindsay Harnish
(she/they) Home Share Resource CoordinatorLindsay is our Home Share Resource Coordinator at NSCLO. With a background in disability advocacy, career development, and community inclusion, Lindsay is passionate about supporting systems that promote autonomy, interdependence, and disability rights.
